This, our first course, covers everything needed for your first six months in Shotokan Karate. Along with all the tutorials, we have also Included five follow along classes and we encourage all our members to focus on the fundamentals inside this first course. Mastering the fundamentals is essential to advance to a high level in Shotokan Karate.
